  • Registering to the facility

    • Users are legally responsible for the registration information provided.

    • If you need physical access to the workstation room, you can order an access card during registration.

    • IACF provides a common shared storage to temporarily store your data and access it from the workstations.

    • Most services have an associated cost and by registering you agree to IACF Terms of service.

  • Booking a workstation

    • Booking of a workstation and commercial software is mandatory prior to access.

    • Bookings are personal. If you book an equipment, you have to use it yourself.

    • Sessions with training or support are available between 9:00 and 17:00 and should be booked at least 48 h ahead.

    • If you need more time than initially booked for your session, please book the extra time required.

    • Invoicing is based on booked time but could be adjusted if your monitored usage is significantly longer than your booked time.

    • If you need to cancel a session, please do so as soon as possible and the latest 24 h before the session starts, otherwise the full session will be charged.

  • Accessing a workstation

    • Physical access to the workstation room is granted from 8:00 to 18:00 during weekdays.

    • To access the room after 18:00 or during the weekend, please contact iacf@dbi-infra.eu.

    • Make sure that the door is properly closed when entering and leaving the room, and only let in people you accompany.

    • Eduroam WiFi is available to access the Internet from your private laptop.

    • When accessing remotely, make sure to Sign out (not only close the window) when you are finished.

    • If you have problem accessing or notice an issue on a workstation, please contact: sebastien.tosi [at] sund.ku.dk or tricia.loo [at] sund.ku.dk.
